Skill Level: Accessible to most
Yoga nidra is a form of meditation using deep relaxation techniques that guide participants to draw their awareness inward using a set of instructions, images and breath. Participants are invited to find a resting pose that allows them to settle in to the space between being awake and asleep. The facilitator will read a script to help guide them to a state of feeling refreshed and restored.
