Reduce Anxiety + (Re)Connect With Yourself
This is an event series

Frequently feeling anxious, overwhelmed, tense or on edge? Do you notice yourself clenching your jaw or holding your breath? Does it feel like things are moving fast, your heart is racing and your body is buzzing? Are you having trouble concentrating? Do you feel disconnected from the inner and outer rhythms of your life? If you answered yes, this beginner-friendly, in-person, trauma-informed series is for you.

This series will help participants:

- Better understand what is happening in the body when they feel upregulated or totally shutdown

- Begin to build a well-rounded toolkit to better support themselves so they can (re)connect to the inner and outer rhythms of life with more ease

Before registering, PLEASE READ BELOW.

  • This 4-week series incorporates yoga but is not a traditional hour-long weekly yoga class. It's more of a workshop-style series that also includes lecture, worksheets, journaling, meditation, micro-practices, (optional) aromatherapy, meditative art and more.
  • Registration is required // Spots are limited (reduced class size)
  • Wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers
  • Bolsters, yoga blankets and chairs are provided.
  • Yoga mats are required and are not provided.
  • Bring a journal/notepad and a writing utensil
  • Doors open 15 minutes before class starts
  • Class starts promptly at class time and doors lock; please arrive early enough to be ready on time
